Who are we?
The International Coalition of Respiratory Nurses (ICRN) is a non-profit membership organisation that focusses on enhancing the capacity and capability of respiratory nurses to deliver high quality healthcare in European countries and non-European countries across the globe. How do we collect information from you?
We obtain information about you when you join our Network and when you use our website. On the website, we do not use cookies but only anonymous statistics: ‘ICRN-website’.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect by e-mail and business card provided by you might include your name, address, phone number, email address, country, job title, and place of employment. It might also include your financial bank details information such as your name, IBAN, SWIFT, name of the Bank.

When ICRN is going to use a secure online payment page - which is not the case at this stage - your payment will be processed by a third-party payment processor, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. You have the right to ask for a copy of the information ICRN holds about you. You are entitled to access anytime your personal information, and to rectify or remove them by contacting us at email icrn.international@gmail.com In case of a removal request, ICRN commits to delete the personal information as promptly as possible and within a reasonable delay, giving you confirmation by email once the removal is completed. Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it is treated securely. Any sensitive information (such as bank details) is only collected within the protected ICRN bank account system, ICRN does not collect bank details in ICRN data files. Non-sensitive details (your name, email address, etc.) are transmitted normally by e-mail and over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
